Suzhou MixC World(Shi Lu)

Opened in December 2025, Suzhou MixC World is one of the newest major shopping and lifestyle developments in the Old Town. Located just outside Changmen Gate in the Shilu area, the approximately 140,000 sqm development brings together close to 350 brands. Yangtse

Rather than being entirely enclosed like a conventional mall, MixC World combines an indoor shopping centre with outdoor streets, lanes and public squares. Its High Street (高街) concentrates many of the fashion, sports and outdoor stores, while Lixiang (里巷) is designed more around restaurants, cafés, bars and socialising. Yangtse

As of September 2026, notable stores include a three-storey Huawei Smart Living Pavilion, currently described as the largest of its kind in China, as well as Tesla, POP MART, Nike, adidas and Salomon. Beauty brands include Lancôme, Estée Lauder and Helena Rubinstein. More than half of the original brand mix consisted of city/regional first stores, flagships or new concepts. Yangtse

Dining is a particularly big part of the development. More than 80% of the restaurant brands at opening were new entrants to the local market, including Chili's, which opened its first Jiangsu location here, alongside a large selection of Chinese and other international restaurants, cafés and bars. MixC World forms part of the larger Suzhou China Central Place (苏州华贸中心) development, which also includes The Ritz-Carlton Suzhou, serviced apartments, offices and H+ Art Museum. Shantang Street, Lingering Garden and several other Old Town attractions are nearby.
