PANTURE Suzhou Adventure Park(Shi Hu)

Hidden among the trees of Shihu Scenic Area, PANTURE Suzhou Adventure Park is an outdoor high-ropes course where children and adults make their way through a series of obstacles suspended above the forest floor.

Instead of one standard course, PANTURE has multiple colour-coded routes with different difficulty and height requirements. Easier yellow, green and blue routes cater to children and beginners, while red, black and the Walk Shihu 漫步石湖 route provide progressively tougher challenges for older children and adults.

The courses combine suspended wooden bridges, swinging platforms, rope nets, balance obstacles, climbing sections and zipline-style crossings, requiring a mixture of balance, strength and confidence to complete.

The forest setting is a big part of the experience. Platforms and obstacles are built between the trees, so participants move through the woodland as they progress around the courses rather than around a purpose-built indoor climbing centre.

Choose your level
Different routes have their own height requirements and difficulty levels, allowing families to choose something appropriate rather than everyone tackling the same course. For example, the current Level 4 Blue Route requires a minimum height of 1.2 metres.

A single route can take around 15–20 minutes to complete when it's quiet, while families tackling several different courses can easily spend three to four hours at the park.

Coaches are present to provide instructions and accompany participants through the experience, with helmets and safety equipment used on the courses.
